Data Retention

We only store the absolute necessary information required to send an email. Even if your Audience SQL query fetches everything (e.g., SELECT * FROM user_account), we only retain the variables specified in the email template. At the very minimum, we store a user's email address in our database.

This data is held for 30 days primarily to assist with debugging any issues you encounter or if you wish to preview recently sent emails. In the future, we anticipate reducing this retention period to one week.

If you prefer us to delete this data immediately after an email is sent, please contact us at [email protected], and we'll find a suitable solution. A settings option to adjust this yourself will be available soon.
